Returns & Exchanges
We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality garments, custom-made just for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
Returns: If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for store credit. To qualify for store credit, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same conditions as a return (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). The exchange process will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item:
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Once we confirm your return or exchange request, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
